Small Rollpins® can present large problems when they need to be inserted by hand. These tools can reduce the time and effort required and speed repairs and assemblies. They also reduce damage to pins during insertion, which makes them easier to remove later.   Any steel pin will 'stick' to end of punch to allow insertion from any angle. The pin will not fall out of the magnetic guide, even if you turn it upside down. Very handy for hard to reach areas. These tools can also remove broken pins from similarly sized holes.

Tools are currently available to fit fractional sized pins from 1/16 diameter thru 5/16 diameter and metric sizes from 2mm thru 8mm diameters. They can be used to insert any type of steel pins, including dowel pins and Rollpins®. We also handle special diameters and tool configerations upon request.
