ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENT
Upon purchasing our products you authorize that:
You agree to this site’s payment terms.
Any and all credit card information is accurate, complete, and true.
Your credit card company will honor all charges incurred.
All charges incurred by you, including fees, shipping, handling and taxes, will be paid by you in full, at the acknowledged price.
Orders may be placed via website, telephone or fax. B&M reserves the right to add fees to certain orders that may incur additional services for example rush delivery, special handling and shipping outside of the United States. All posted prices are in U.S. dollars. The credit cards accepted by this site are Visa and MasterCard. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer please contact our accounting department to make those arrangements. No orders will be processed or completed without confirmation that full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or defer the acceptance or processing of any order at any time in which case you will be notified.
SHIPPING
Prices shown on this site do not include shipping. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges. Our shipments are made using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges will be added to your invoice at checkout. If you would like us to use a different carrier, please call our sales department to make arrangements. All shipments within the US are FOB Delivered. All shipments outside the US are FOB our shipping point.
DELIVERY
Most items ship from stock in 2-3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 2-3 business days we will advise you via telephone or email and offer you the option to split your shipment or cancel your order. Once a product is received by the client BMMachine.com relieves itself of all responsibility regarding the product and responsibility is thereby assumed by the customer. We will provide tracking numbers upon request. If a package does not arrive due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred. All additional shipping fees that may be incurred due to change of address, interception of delivery, or any other action that may necessitate additional shipping costs will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer. Therefore we stress the importance of entering the correct shipping information when you place your order. Additional fees charged by the carriers themselves for undeliverable or unclaimed parcels shall be paid by the customer. In the event of a claim made with the carrier you must save all of the packaging materials and shipping documents.
DEFECTS
A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 90 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to

for inspection. If B&M deems the product to be defective by fault of B&M, at our option the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.
RETURN POLICY
Do not return any products without an CRN# that can be obtained by calling 973-751-0789.
Any standard item we sell that has not been opened and is still in salable condition can be returned for a credit less a 20% restocking fee if it is received at the B&M factory within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once the package has been opened we will not accept a return.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We do not purport to have a site that is completely free of errors and/or inaccuracies. We do not make warranties or representations in any way implying, explicitly or suggested, regarding the products and/or content of this site. Although we do make every effort to provide accurate information, there does exist however, a chance that the information provided about a product’s price, availability, or any other details relating directly or indirectly to the product, may be incomplete or inaccurate. We, therefore, do not claim that this site is error-free, completely updated, or make any warranty thereof. We reserve the right to update the site without prior notice, be it correction of errors or any other change, as we see fit. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order submitted on the premise of an error and/or inaccuracy, upon or after submission, disregarding whether or not confirmation has been received that the credit card has already been charged.
